How to use the Flamengo® Infrapulse Therapy

Step 1.

Apply the sleeve

Put the flamengo infrapulse therapy around your knee, shoulder or elbow. The perfect fit can be fitted via the Velcro. The extension band can be used for the shoulder. Attach tight, but comfortable.

Step 2.

The desired settings

Set the time, temperature and/or vibration positions. There are 3 levels of vibration positions and the infrared heat can be switched on up to 65 degrees. Set the timer and enjoy!

Step 3.

Easy to use

For the best results you wear the device sitting, with the knee or elbow at an angle of 90 degrees. The wireless Thermopulse can also be used in motion.

Very nice for my knees

I use the infrapulse therapy after exercising for my knees, and I can say that it feels very nice, really provides relief. I think the only downside is that the battery is quite empty quickly. If I let both of my knees walk for half an hour (pulse and infrared) I will not get 2 sessions with it, then the 2nd day the battery is empty halfway. Probably lasts longer if only pulse or infrared is used.
